The cultural association Visionaria supplying services through the site www.visionaria.eu , protects private information needed for the registration to the site in compliance with the Legislative Decree 196/2003 for protection of the personal data.
Therefore, according to the art. No. 13 of the above mentioned law we inform you that:

Access to the site is possible through the automatic registration of the following data:

- internet domain and IP protocol number
- browser and operative system of the computer used
- date, time and duration of permanence on the web site
- pages to see
- search engine eventually used to access the web site
- reference keywords to locate the web site

All this data cannot in any case identify the user.

Information collected can be used by the Cultural Association Visionaria in the following occasions:

- in case of questionable use of the web site not in agreement with the actual law
- for statistical purposes
- to improve navigation and content of the site

Personal and/or company information the user fills in the forms into the web site or gives us through the relevant acquittances and the votes with the authorizing to use them according to the law 196/2003, are kept by the cultural association Visionaria. They will be used to answer the user’s questions, to provide the required information , to publish the contents on the web site database, to contact the user or to send him non commercial sensitive information.

This information could be treated with data processing tools for the creation and maintenance of archives, lists and printouts. The confidential nature of the information is guaranteed by the respect of the above mentioned law.

- Address (if given)
- E-mail address (if given)
- Short abstracts of the presented videos and/or the presented videos
- Telephone number (if given)

Personal information collected and made available on the web site are limited to:

- Name and surname (or pseudonym)
- E-mail address (if given)
- Short abstracts of the presented videos
- Pictures of the authors and/or referring to the presented videos

The Association could pass personal information provided to:

- Cultural promotion associations
- Movie schools
- Video Festivals
- Public or private institutes to meet the obligations according to Legislative Decree 196/2003

They could also be transferred to foreign countries with the user’s agreement, according to art. 42 and art 43 of Legislative Decree 196/2003
